Terms of Service

Welcome to PartForge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.partforgeusa.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PartForge is operated by PartForge LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Cypress, Texas ("PartForge," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Nature

All PartForge products are precision-engineered and made to order in our workshop in Cypress, Texas. We do not carry inventory. Production begins after your order is placed based on the specifications you select at checkout.

Because each product is custom produced, final dimensions, colors, and finish may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances for 3D-printed materials. Product images are representative; minor variations in color, layer lines, and surface finish are inherent to additive manufacturing and are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to meet the specified custom requirements.

If we decline or cancel your order before production begins, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after production is complete. Shipping times and carriers are shown at checkout. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please see our Return & Refund Policy for the resolution process.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, exchanges, defects, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product designs, images, text, logos, CAD files, and the PartForge name and trademarks — is owned by PartForge LLC or used with permission, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from any PartForge product, design, or Site content without our prior written permission. Purchase of a PartForge product grants you ownership of the physical item only, not any rights to the underlying design, CAD files, or intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Trademarks and Compatibility

PartForge products are designed for compatibility with various third-party tools, cases, and systems (such as Stanley, Milwaukee, Harbor Freight, Bambu Lab, EGO, DeWalt, and others). PartForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All third-party trademarks and product names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate compatibility.

9. User Conduct

When using the Site or our chat support, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Harass, abuse, or threaten any PartForge staff member, including through the chat function
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt file

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Chat Support and Communications

Our website chat function is provided for customer service and order support. Messages sent through the chat may be logged for quality and record-keeping purposes. Do not share sensitive information such as full payment card numbers or passwords in chat. Responses are typically provided within a few hours during business days.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartForge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

PartForge products are intended for the specific uses described on the Site. We make no guarantee of fitness for any use outside of what is described. You are responsible for determining suitability for your specific application.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartForge LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased from us — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid to PartForge for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartForge LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase from PartForge shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us through our website chat to attempt a good-faith resolution.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PartForge regarding your use of the Site and any purchases.
