Refund policy
Thank you for supporting our small, family-owned business. Every PartForge product is precision-engineered and 3D-printed to order in our workshop in Cypress, Texas. Because each item is made individually for each customer, the following policy applies to all orders.
Made-to-Order Items Are Final Sale
All PartForge products are custom made to order. We do not hold inventory — production begins after your order is placed, using the specifications, sizes, and colors you select at checkout.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, fit preferences, color preference, or changed mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including all selected options, quantities, and compatibility with your specific tool, case, or application.
If you are unsure whether a product will fit your needs, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We're happy to answer questions and help confirm compatibility.
Defects, Damage, and Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of every part we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following, we will make it right:
- A manufacturing defect (broken, warped, incomplete, or failed print)
- Damage that occurred during shipping
- The wrong item, size, or color compared to what you ordered
- A product that does not match the description on our website
How to Report a Problem
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- If shipping damage, include a photo of the packaging as well
Please do not discard the item or packaging until your case is resolved.
Resolution Process
Each case is reviewed individually. Once we receive your report and supporting information, we will respond within 2 business days with one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement — We will produce and ship a corrected item at no cost to you. This is our most common resolution.
- Refund — A full or partial refund to your original payment method, where a replacement is not practical.
- Return for inspection — In some cases we may ask you to return the item. If requested by PartForge, return shipping is provided at our expense via a prepaid label.
Resolutions are offered at the sole discretion of PartForge based on the specifics of each case. We will always work with you in good faith to reach a fair outcome.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or installation outside of the product's intended use
- Normal wear and tear after extended use
- Compatibility issues with products, tools, or cases not listed in the product description
- Color variations within normal manufacturing tolerance for 3D-printed materials
- Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
Order Cancellations
Because production typically begins within hours of order placement, we can only accept cancellations if the item has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
