What we build

Three problems we solve every week

If your part fits one of these, you are exactly who this page is for.

Tooling

Jigs, fixtures & shop tooling

Assembly fixtures, drill guides, soft jaws, alignment gauges, and organization for your line. These are consumables. Put them on a standing order instead of a machine shop queue, and replacements show up before you run out.

MRO

Obsolete & replacement parts

The OEM discontinued the part, and the machine still has to run. Send the file or drawing and we put it into production, then keep it on record so the next failure is a reorder, not a project. No CAD? Send what you have and we will tell you the fastest path.

Contract production

Production for product brands

You own the design, we run the volume. Monthly release orders come straight off your approved file, so your inventory lives on a hard drive instead of a shelf. No molds, no tooling amortization, no warehouse.

Process

From RFQ to standing order

STEP 01

Send the RFQ

Use the form below. CAD files are great, but a sketch, photo, or physical sample works too. Need an NDA first? Check the box and we will send one before you share anything.

STEP 02

Quote in 2 business days

You get pricing, a material recommendation, lead time, and design-for-manufacturing feedback. If we cannot hold your spec, we say so up front.

STEP 03

Verify before the run

Every job is checked against your model before it ships. For fit-critical or high-volume work, request a physical first article to approve before production. Otherwise, photos and measurements keep things moving.

STEP 04

Production & reorders

Repeat runs are produced against the approved baseline. Set a standing release schedule or reorder on demand. Your files and settings stay on record.

Need CAD work along the way? Design support is available when a project calls for it, from cleaning up a model to producing a file from your drawings. It is quoted as part of the job, not sold as a separate service. Send what you have: STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ, 3DM, DWG, or IGES.

Why PartForge

We run production every day. Yours joins the schedule.

PartForge is not a print-on-demand middleman. We design and manufacture our own retail product lines, produced in-house and sold nationwide through four sales channels. Repeat production across dozens of SKUs is our normal Tuesday. Your parts run on the same machines, under the same quality process, on the same schedule.

The shop is led by a licensed Professional Engineer. That shows up in the details: quotes come with real DFM feedback, material recommendations are grounded in tested data rather than a datasheet skim, and if a tolerance or material is outside what our process can hold, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

We are a family-owned Texas business, and we build for the long term. The customers we want are the ones still ordering from us in five years.

  • First articles on request. Fit-critical or high-volume job? Approve a physical sample before the run starts.
  • Documented quality process. Material control, calibration, and final inspection on every order. Our QC summary is available on request.
  • NDA before you send a file. We will sign a mutual NDA first. Just check the box in the RFQ form.
  • Your IP stays yours. Your files are used for your orders only, never resold, never published.
  • Vendor-ready. W-9 and vendor onboarding paperwork available on request. POs accepted for approved accounts.
  • Made in Cypress, Texas. Nationwide shipping. Local delivery available in the northwest Houston area for production orders.
FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask

Is there a minimum order?
No. We produce single prototypes, and we produce recurring runs in the thousands. Most new customers start with a first article or a small pilot run before committing to volume.
What are your payment terms?
Orders under $1,000 are invoiced up front. Larger orders require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before shipment. Net terms are available for established recurring accounts.
How fast will I get my parts?
Lead time is quoted per project and depends on quantity, material, and our production schedule. Quotes themselves come back within 2 business days. Our scheduling is built around reliable recurring production rather than overnight rush work. If your date is tight, tell us in the RFQ and we will be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ, 3DM, DWG, and IGES all work. PDF drawings, photos, and sketches are fine to start a conversation. If you do not have CAD, send what you have and we will tell you the fastest path to a part.
How is my design protected?
Your files are used only to produce your orders. They are never published, shared, or resold. If you want an NDA in place before sending anything, check the NDA box in the form and we will send a mutual NDA for signature first.
Do you take purchase orders?
Yes, for approved accounts. First orders typically run on our standard terms while we get to know each other. A W-9 and vendor paperwork are available on request.
Are there parts you will not make?
We do not produce parts for medical implant, life-safety, or flight-critical applications. For everything else, send the RFQ and we will give you a straight answer.
Can I pick up locally?
We ship nationwide. We do not offer on-site pickup, but local delivery can be arranged in the northwest Houston area for production orders.

Send us the part. We will take it from there.

Fill out what you can. A rough description is enough to start a conversation, and a CAD file is enough to get a number.
